Eighty-sixed, Kid
Daniel Palmentera has been wearing his heart on his sleeve and letting it out through his music for years. He's played in a variety of bands that have gained notoriety throughout the Northeast Ohio and Pittsburgh, PA regions. Most notably is the Akron, Ohio based My Mouth Is The Speaker, who just celebrated the tenth anniversary of their debut album, "Landmarks." When the band was ready to slow, Danny wasn't. He began playing solo shows all over Northeast Ohio and eventually landed upon the name Eighty-sixed, Kid as a pseudonym for his musical endeavors. At the beginning of 2020 he released the self-produced single, "Beach Bummed," which showcased his newly toned down, but even more personal approach to songwriting. Daniel has since completed recording new songs with producer Rob Parr (Dear Hunter, As Tall As Lions) and looks forward to teaming up with Endnote Records to release them to the world.
